This series is presented with three photographies that can function together or separately. It is an auto-referential work. I use my own person as a vehicle to comment on a variety of modern world themes: the part of women, the part of the artist etc.
These three images form a cycle, in a spiral idea in which knowledge, creation, action situate themselves on a same line but always on a point ahead. Thought turn round and round but still goes in front, taking us near the error curve. The title sequence The Work of the Artist, The Fall of the Artist and The Death of the Artist transports us towards this cycle in which same themes are approached with a different look and point of view all along life, or creative life.
“My end is my beginning”, the first image can be the last as in the sphinx parabola: which is the animal that is born with four legs, walks with two during its life and ends up with three?
